The whiskey itself is great. Customer service/ordering process needs major improvements. Placed an initial order for Straight Rye and Arabica Coffee. Decided to change order to two Arabica Coffees and sent TWO emails (which were never acknowledged until a few days later) indicating this change. Received email stating (name) was out of the country, but nothing nothing the requested order change. (Name) finally sends email giving a $10 shipping discount to order third bottle of whiskey. I didn't want or need a third bottle - I wanted the original order changed to TWO ARABICA COFFEES. Overall, as someone who has been in sales for 20+ years, I'm disappointed in the customer service on their end. Seems like this company is more interested in processing orders than acknowledging customer requests. I requested a $10 discount on my order and would have been fine with that, but (name) wouldn't even offer that small courtesy. Because of her complete disregard in customer satisfaction, I'll spend my money elsewhere in the future.

My Wife and I have purchased at least 25 bottles of Standard Proof, in many of the different flavors and they have all been extremely good. We take shots, mix them with different juices and sodas and it never fails. We have also provided family and friends bottles and they all love it as well.

Standard Proof is my favorite Whiskey. My boyfriend and I went to Nashville and we went to several distilleries while we were there. Standard Proof was our favorite and the staff that helped us was great!

I had this first in Nashville and really enjoyed it. Bought a bottle to bring home and was thrilled when I learned I could have it shipped to me again. In the interim after my bottle ran out, I tried a few others to varying degrees of enjoyment. I still like it, but would love to have you try a longer than 2 year aging...I don't know much about whiskey technically but a longer time in the barrel might bring out even more depth to the taste/mouth feel.
