As a sucker for good ads, the Standard Proof Pecan Rye was quite a find. Its smooth taste and hint of pecan make it a tasty sipping drink. And substituting for bourbon in many mixed drinks provides a pleasing twist to the traditional drinks.

Had this delivered to my office. Tested it with a couple of coworkers after 5 and everyone absolutely loves it!! Have to keep it at work so I don't finish the bottle in one night at home!! Very smooth with just the right hint of cinnamon sweetness!! 5 Stars!!

USOne Sip and Fireball Became Quite Forgetable
This superlative rye has, quite frankly, rocketed to the top of my "best of" list amongst all seven of Standard's tasty offerings. Cinnamon has never been one of my go to spices but I took a shot with this because heretofore everything this company has produced has resonated with me. No exception here. Really dig the Ceylon cinnamon and vanilla bean flavors that stimulate my taste buds with just enough zest and sans any overly swwet and syrupy aftertaste. This is a very refreshing sip and savor offering. Very well done!

USStrong Cinnamon, but not RedHots
Strong aroma and flavor of cinnamon and vanilla. Nice spice - leaves a touch of burn. A little sweet, would go really well on a bowl of vanilla bean ice cream or in a vanilla shake.
