What changed with the Pecan?

I picked up a bottle of SP Pecan Whiskey at BNA in Nashville and discovered pure 5-star ambrosia! It was the only truly "Tennessee Sipping Whiskey" that I know. My father agreed, and the bottle didn't last long! So I mail ordered the pecan and honey suckle gift pack for my father's birthday, and what a disappointment. The pecan whiskey came with a new "rounder" label and a cheap, sour bite. It is OK, but no longer sip worthy, although the price was the same. What happened folks??

I bought this combo because I wanted both whiskeys and for a penny more got the ice cube molds and two glasses. So good deal.

The BEST Rye ever!!!

Loved this kit so much that I orderd a second one. Can't decide whether I like the Pecan or the Wildflower better. They both make great drinks but are equally as delicious on their own over ice.

I liked the Pecan the best. The Honeysuckle was alright but preferred the pecan. I would like to try the Ginger.

These whiskey’s are both delicious!! I wasn’t even a whiskey drinker until I found the tasting room in Nashville on a recent trip. Such a great place, delicious craft cocktails and super staff! I bought a couple bottles there, but also ordered this kit. This is a great value, so glad I got it. I would definitely recommend it and also love the emails with drink ideas and recipes! I love making the Pecan Old Fashioned with the square cubes in my Standard Rocks glasses! Best whiskey we had in Nashville!! Glad we brought some back to Maine!!
